There is absolutely NO difference in taste between sour cream and greek yogurt. The same is true for lard and canola. These substitutions are so easy, there really aren't any excuses!
Personally, I won't buy whole wheat tortillas. I like flour tortillas just fine. As a consequence though, I forego using cheese. :o You don't have to part with the things you love to lose weight. Just slim them down a little. ;)
