That's right. Don't cheat. Treat yourself. You deserve a reward for taking off those five pounds. A double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake?

Don't get me wrong. You can occasionally indulge in a delicious burger, fries and a shake, but certainly not as a reward for weight loss! That's counterproductive!

You can't stop living just because you're on a diet. Treat yourself with a healthy smoothie, pita or your favorite healthy snack . 

Or... think of a non-edible reward. 

Anything from a new clothing item to a video game is great. I like to focus on costume jewelry, makeup or body oils. Anything to make me feel extra pretty!
