"Are we there, yet?" Chesca once asked.

"No, not yet." I boredly answered while looking outside.

5 minutes later.....

"Are we there, yet?"

"No."

"Are we there, yet?"

"No."

A minute later....

"How 'bout now? Are we there, yet?"

"Not yet."

"Are we there, yet?"

"No."

"Are we—"

"NOT YET, CHESCA. We're still not there."

Silence....

There, nice and quiet.

I remained looking outside. I can't sleep even if I want too. People at the back is so noisy specially Chesca who keep asking me the same question since 38 minutes ago.

"How'd you know, unnie?" Chesca asked.

"Grr, Just— just stop asking anymore. You've been asking the same question for like.... FOREVER." she answered. Even without looking I know that she's already had this annoyed-red-face.

Well, I'm not the one who answered the last question. If your gonna ask who, it's none other than the great-always-mataray-queen Maxxine. Who else could it be?

"Eh? Grabe siya, o." heard Chesca said.

I suddenly felt chills kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. Patingin-tingin siya sa'kin while driving.

It's Chase. My King.

He's the one whos driving. I smiled at him and look again outside.

If your curious kung saan kami papunta, where going to my place. Masyado silang excited na malaman ang nangyari sa'kin years ago and they also wanted to see the twins.

I told them na papupuntahin ko ang kambal next week because of some problems but they insisted at sila nalang daw ang pupunta sa kambal. How nice, right? don't forget the sarcasm. Tsk, wala akong laban sa kanila lalo na sa limang babae sa likod.

"You're not the one I'm asking kaya wag ka nga! Hmmp!" Chesca said. My mind is sayin' that she's pouting.

I wonder kung anong mang-yayari sa makakatuluyan niya.
