After he had said hi to Wally he got no response, but got another hand holding his and Wally sitting next to him.

He doesn't know why, but he just started crying as Wally finished that line, broke into tears squeezing Wally's hand bring it up to his face crying to it with both of his hands.
"Wally..." Robin was uncontrollably crying and needed affection right now
Wally had felt his heart break as he saw Robin crying, he pulled the boy into a hug and held him at the edge of the building and let Robin vent his tears. After a few moments Wally spoke up
"Want to talk about it in private?"
Robin simply shook his head no, he didn't need spilling all his problems out onto others.
