So...I've decided since Eric knows I like him "do I really have to say anything?" I just went on with my life acting as if nothing ever happened. Sure, I felt quite awkward at first. Eventually, I acted as if nothing happened and honestly it's perfectly fine.

There are two days until Valentine's Day. I wish I could spend it with Eric but that's not going to happen. It was Saturday afternoon, and I'm just surfing the web and I get a notification from Eric on Skype:
Eric:Hey, Lori.
Lori:Hey
Eric: I was just wondering....
Lori:?
Eric:Are you busy afterschool on Monday?
Lori:No..why?
Eric:I just wanted to ask..
That was really weird. But, that's Eric.
On Monday morning, I saw a bunch of girls in school holding chocolates and roses. Ughhh...Valentines Day. Perfect for couples, lonely for single people AKA me. Once I get to homeroom, I go to my locker and as soon as I open it, a red envelope falls out. It says....To Lori. Huh..who would leave me a note like that? I opened the envelope and started to read the letter:
Dear Lori,
Happy Valentines Day!!!
Love you, from Priti.
Oh, the letter was from Priti. I was hoping it would be... well you already know. Dammit why'd I get my hopes up?! I sit down in my seat and I suddenly remember that Eric asked me if I was busy afterschool today. Why?
