Ash's Return {Amourshipping} {On Hiatus Until Further Notice}

Chapter 6

This chapter will be the first battle of the tournament and Serena will speak with Kaito(Ash) for the first time.

"Today is the day I'm going to talk to Kaito." Serena thought as she got out of bed

Ash was just waking up and looked at the clock inside his room. The clock said it was 5:30 in the morning. Greninja was already up meditating on the roof of the pokemon center.

"Ok everyone time to get up for our morning training." Ash said to his pokemon who stayed outside their pokeballs.

"5 more minutes Ash" Lucario mumbled

"I agree with Lucario" Pikachu said

"Fine, but you all better be up when I come back." Ash said walking out of the room and down to the lobby

Luckily for Ash breakfast was already being served and he got a plate of bacon, eggs, a few sandwiches, some cereal, an apple, a banana, and a few berries. He went back to his seat and started eating. Eventually people started to walk into the lobby and saw Ash eating his breakfast and gave him weird looks. He finished his breakfast and walked out of the room.

"Man that guy gives me the creeps sometimes." A few people said while some just nodded in agreement

"He eats just like Ash. I'll speak to him after his match today." Serena thought as she saw him eating before he left

"Welcome to the first round of the Ash Ketchum memorial tournament! Today's first matchup is Kaito vs. Bobby!" The announcer yelled as the two trainer's portraits appeared on the big screen

    Ash walked out onto his platform silently with his three pokemon trailing behind him. Bobby was nowhere to be seen. "Would you look at that remind you of anything?" Ash said chuckling because it reminded him of his first match in the Kalos League three years ago

"It appears contestant Bobby is nowhere to be seen. If he doesn't show up in 15 seconds he will be disqualified."

    After a little while the referee looked at his watch and raised his hand "Contestant Bobby is not here, which means a forfeit so the mat-"

"WAIT I'm here I'm here!" Someone yelled running down the tunnel and jumping onto their platform

    The person running down the hallway appeared to be a boy around the age of 15. He also appeared to have an aura of carefreeness around him as he stopped on his platform and smiled.

"It appears Bobby has appeared and not a moment too soon which means the match will continue as normal." The referee said

"This is going to be a 3 vs. 3 pokemon battle. The battle will be over when one trainer's pokemon are all unable to battle. Trainers release your first pokemon!"

"Go Decidueye!" "Lucario I choose you!" Bobby and Ash shouted in unison

"Wait a minute 'I choose you' Ash and I are the only ones who ever said that." Serena thought

"Let the first battle of the Ash Ketchum Memorial Tournament begin!"

"Let's start this off with Foresight!" Ash yelled

    Lucario focused its energy onto Decidueye and shot a white beam of energy that allowed it to be hit by fighting and normal type moves. The beam struck Decidueye, but did no damage.

"I'm not sure what you just did, but that won't stop me. Decidueye use Brave Bird!"

Decidueye jumped into the air and flapped its wings and became covered in a blue fire-like aura. It then dove at Lucario at blistering speeds.
