Jack awoke in the fluffy hospital bed again as the memories of the night before came rushing back to him. He wanted to get up, He wanted to apologize to the guardians for what he had said, but he couldn't. He looked down at his wrists and saw metal cuffing him to the railing of the bed.

Good, he thought, at least now I wont be able to hurt anyone.

He looked over and saw Bunny stirring something in a mug.

"Hey Uh..." Jack couldn't find the words to speak to Bunny, but thankfully he didn't have to.

"Don't worry about it, I just want to know what happened up in that noggin of yours last night." Bunny said.

"I-I'm not really sure. I just know that it felt like someone else was in control." Jack choked out.

"Yeah mate, I completely know what you're talking about" Bunny stated soothingly,  " here's your stick."

Bunny tossed the staff to Jack and left the room. Jack stared at the staff, he remembered this staff. Where did he remember it from then.

Jack picked up a long staff and stared at it curiously, but as the end of it tapped the lake a thin layer of frost formed atop the ice.

Jack's memory ended, and he touched the staff. Whenever his finger grazed the surface, it turned an icy blue color. Jack gasped and wrenched his finger away from the staff. He carefully laid his had upon the staff gasping as the color spread across the tan stick. He touched it to the metal binding his wrist to the bed, and it instantly turned to solid ice. Jack brought the staff down on the metal, and it broke making a loud clanging noise, as it hit the ground. Jack jumped at the noise, and as he did a long stream of ice shot out the tip of his staff striking the wall opposite him. Jack stared at the wall in awe seeing as it was now covered in ice.

"What in the world in going on in h-" North shouted as he barged into the hospital wing.

Jack's head snapped towards the direction of the guardians, and he saw that they were all staring at the wall. Their gaze had then been adverted to him.

"Did you? How? When?" North sputtered.

"I knew there was something off about you!" Tooth shouted, "no wonder you were so cold all of the time!"

"Tooth, There hasn't been another winter spirit since the global warming purge 700 years ago." Bunny informed.

All four sets of bewildered eyes came to rest on Jack.

"Until now." Bunny finished.
