"Carisi! Where are you taking me?!" Amanda said as Sonny was dragging her through the busy city streets.

There was no response from Sonny, he just shot her a cute smile that normally would make Amanda fall under his spell, but Amanda was worrying about Jesse. He had just yanked her from their dinner and began pulling her through the city.

"Dominick!" Amanda cried out, her black heels were beginning to hurt her feet.

Her dress was blowing in the wind, the warm summer air going beneath the thin fabric. Where was he taking her? She needed to get home to Jesse!! There was still no word from the thin, dirty blonde man from Staten Island.

He had suddenly pulled her inside of Rockefeller Center, heading for the already open and waiting elevator. Sonny gave a nod to the security guard who did the same in return. What the hell?

Carisi had finally let go of Rollins' hand and he pulled her close to his side. He stared at the silver doors in front of them, no intention on saying anything.

"Sonny, I swear to Go---" the elevator doors opened and he had grasped her hand again and pulled her out of the elevator.

They were at the Top of the Rock. What were they doing here?

"Dominick 'Sonny' Carisi, Jr. if you don't tell me what we're doing right now-" Amanda began to rant but Carisi put her finger on her lips.

"Shhh...." he finally spoke, then smiled at Amanda.

That's when Rollins took in their surroundings. Lights were strung around them, candles lit as well, with rose petals spread beneath their feet, music playing low in the background; Impossible Year by Panic! At the Disco, Amanda's favorite song.

"Sonny..." Rollins breathed, completely in awe.

Carisi smiled and pulled Amanda into his body, kissing the top of her head. He wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her tight against him. She had her hands resting aimlessly on his shoulders, smiling slightly. She couldn't quite believe this scene in front of her. When did he-? How did he-?

"Amanda, you're so beautiful." Dominick whispered in her ear, she shivered slightly at his warm breath.

She blushed, her face was warm, her heart was beating hard against her sternum.

"Dominick, stop, I-" she started but was again cut off.

"No, Amanda, I mean it. You're the most beautiful woman I've ever laid my eyes on. Your eyes, your lips, your hair, your body, the way you talk, your voice, the way you write, the way you act tough-"

She chuckled modestly.

"I wasn't done. I love your smile, how you're a great and protective mother, I love the way you tease me, the way you laugh when I make stupid jokes or pin you down and tickle you, the way you hum when you do paperwork, the way you kiss me, the way you comfort me when I'm stressed, I just-I just-I just-I love you, Amanda." Sonny rambled on and on about the things he loved about his perfect girlfriend.

Amanda was as red as a carnation at this point. She opened her mouth to speak, but closed it again when she couldn't find the words she wanted to say.

"Sonny, I...thank you. Thank you so much for tonight. The movie, the dinner, the violent drag through the city, and this... I just... I love you too, Carisi. But...what are you rambling on about?" Amanda's voice was light, soft, and airy.

Dominick pulled a small, black box from the inside of his suit jacket and knelt down on his right knee. Amanda inhaled sharply; a loud gasp, tears brimming her eyes.
