When I was seven, I developed a habit of singing in front of people. My mom told me that I and my sister both sing really well because we can hit the right notes.

"So, who wants to volunteer to sing the national anthem for the flag-raising ceremony on Monday?" the teacher asked her pupils, including me.

"Me, me! I want to sing!" I raised my arm cheerfully.

The teacher looked at me funny.

The kids did too.

"Me too! I also want to sing, teacher!" another kid raised her hand, and I realized

that it was Ailee.

"Oh, what to do? The two of you wants to sing. Not to worry, let's just see who wins the class' favor. Who wants Ailee to sing on Monday?"

Four kids raised their hands,

Seventeen kids followed,

Two kids also followed.

there were only twenty-five students in this class.

everyone voted for Ailee.
