Lucas's pov Today im going to ask Amari to prom because its in 2 days and I know she still need to get some stuff. I got out the bed and went to take a shower. I stayed in the shower for 15 minutes and I dried off and went to find me some clothes. When I was finna put my pants on Amari text me and told me to wear red and black. I text her ok and I put on my clothes. In going to Starbucks so I'm not eating. I got in my car and drove off. What he wore⬇⬇

My mom was getting Aaliyah dressed so I just left. A few minutes later I made it to school I was finna turn into my normal parking spot but some kids was blocking it. I read the sign and it said Amari follow the line and I look up to see a group of people walking in front of my car so I drove slow and we were at the fieldhouse and I saw another sign that said that with any arrow pointing in side so I walked in and walked up the stairs. The basketball and football team was standing there chanting my name. I walked through them and the last player told me to go through the doors. The cheer and dance team was in front of the door and the captains from both teams handed me gift bags and flowers. I heard a beautiful voice singing my favorite song and it sound like RJ I walked further into the gym and it was RJ signing 😍😍
(That's what he was singing) I saw Lucas holding a sign that said WILL YOU GOT TO PROM WITH ME??? I started crying everyone that go to this school was here. Lucas walked up to me. Lucas: So will you I shook my head yes and everyone started cheering. He hugged and kissed me and we walked out the gym. They called my name over the loud speaker. I walked into the office. Secretary: How can I help you Amari:Someone called me down here Secretary: name Amari: Amari Secretary:oh yes your checking out here's your check out pass Amari:Thank you I went to my car and drove to my house. My mom was sitting on the couch with gift bags around her. Mya: Happy late Birthday Mar Mar Amari:Thank you mom and I hugged her. Mya:Open yo stuff girl I opened all my gifts and I was so happy I liked all my shoes
