It started to come a rain storm as we sped across town to the park.

I looked down at my watch and the time showed 9:01 an hour after Caleb asked me to meet him. He probably wasn't still there, but I had to try.

When we got there, I got out of the cab and it sped away leaving me to get drenched on the side of the road.

I looked over at the park where a lonely figure was sitting at the same bench where I had years ago.

I watched him stand up, soaked and kick at the ground in defeat.

He finally looked up and we make eye contact.

Electric blue eyes meet crystal green ones.

I remember running. Running so fast until I clashed with his chest.

"Monica, oh Monica. I've missed you. Still so pretty," he whispered in my ear, "I won't move to Thailand if you say so. Just one word and I'll hold you forever."

"Stay," I whispered breathlessly.

His lips met mine in a reckless kiss, and I knew this is where I wanted to be forever.

"I came here to say it's you. It's always been you, Caleb," I said.

"Good, because that's what I came here to tell you."
