I'm sorry, but this book will not be continued any longer.

I had high hopes for this book but it started to wither into nothing.

I'm so sorry. I've been dragged out of Mystic Messenger and I don't think I can go back.

I will post the epilogue however. It's the only way I can make it up to you all.

Original Plot:
[Name] goes to the party where Zen clears his name. Zen is shot by Echo Girl. The story ends and a Reset takes place.
[Name] is the only one who remembers everything. She thinks Zen forgot about her and becomes depressed and cold.

At the second party, Zen fails to clear his name and is killed once more by Unknown. [Name] rushes to his side but it's too late.

And now...

The Epilogue...

In her arms was the lifeless body of Zen. His eyes were closed peacefully, as if nothing had happened. It was as if he was simply in asleep. However, the oozing blood that poured from his wound said something else.

It was too late; Ryu Hyun is dead.

"Zen!" You shouted, tears dropping onto his cheeks. No, it couldn't be; he couldn't be dead! But he was...

"Hyun! Stay with us!" The blaring sirens outside the party hall were ear piercing. Paramedics jumped into action, and were immediately by your side. They examined the corpse.

"He's gone..." One of them said. You shook your head.

"Please, there has to be another way!" You yelled. "Please!"

"Ma'am, what is your relationship with this man?"

"Lo-" You paused. "Friends. We're....friends..."

The two of you weren't in a relationship. That was the other story. This one was different. Tears poured down your cheeks as sudden realization hit you.

Zen is dead. You can't apologize. You can't marry him. All future plans with him were shattered because of Unknown.

"This can't be..." You whimpered. The paramedic placed his hand on your shoulder.

"I'm sorry miss...he's gone..." Suddenly, the room began to fade.

'I can't hear anything...' You thought as the paramedics' voices slowly faded away. The room also faded, slowly turning into a dark abyss of nothingness. One last tear fell to the ground before the entire room was consumed by darkness, and nothing but darkness.

"I'm sorry..." you muttered. "I can't do anything for you- I'm useless...!"

"I'll be waiting, [Name]," someone spoke.

"Zen?" You shouted. "Zen! Please! I'm so sorry! Forgive me- come back!"

"I'll wait forever for you..." The voice faded. You sat there in disbelief.

Suddenly, a door appeared. You looked over. "Is that...?"

"[Name]..." someone else spoke. This voice was familiar. But who was it exactly?

"Who are you?"

"[Name]."

"Where are you?"

"[Name]!!"

Beep Beep

The heart monitor beeped at a constant rate, no beat faster than the rest. Your eyes opened weakly to see your brother by your side. Your annoying, older brother.

"She's awake!" He yelled. Nurses burst into the room, checking your vitals and making sure you were stable. He looked back at you with worry in his eyes.

"[Brother]?" You croaked. Suddenly, you began coughing. Right at that time, your body erupted in pain; specifically your stomach.

"[Name]! Please, take it easy," he said handing you water. You gladly took it.

"How long have I been out?"

"3 weeks," he replied. Tears pooled at the corners of his eyes, but he quickly blinked it away. "Mom and Dad are worried sick. They're at work right now."

"Sorry..." you muttered. Your head was hurting. It felt as if it was splitting into two!

Suddenly, the image of a handsome man with long white hair and red eyes flashed in your mind.

'Zen,' You thought. Who was that? Did you know him?

"I'll call Mom and Dad, okay? Stay right here."

1 Year Later...

"This damned coffee shop...always busy and making me late..." You muttered. It's officially been a year since the car crash incident. Honestly, today felt strange. It was oddly...familiar. You huffed in annoyance.

Absentmindedly, you walked across the street, phone in hand. Suddenly, you hear a car horn.

"Watch out!" Someone landed on top of you as they pushed you out of the way and onto the sidewalk. Your eyes met with his crimson orbs.

"Zen?" You asked.

"[Name]?" The two of you stared at each other. How did you know this man?

"I feel like I know you..." You said. He chuckled.

"Same here." You smiled.

"I'm [Name],"  you said. He nodded.

"Likewise, I'm Hyun, but people call me Zen." Suddenly, you felt something cold at your shoulder. Looking over, you saw your spilt coffee on the ground. He gasped, "I'm so sorry! Let me buy you a new one."

"No, you don't have to!"

"Of course I do!" Zen said with a wink. You blushed.

"If you insist..."

It's a pretty crappy ending, but I have to end it here. I'm sorry. I could've done much better. But I hope this gives you all some closure.

I'll be writing future fanfiction, however. Please keep an eye out for those!

Thank you for staying with me. My name's Yume, your dear Author-Chan and I hope you enjoyed this story as much as I did while writing it.
