House: Slytherin
Alright first off, I don't think being in Slytherin is a bad thing. It means you're ambitious, which is exactly what England is. He tries to be the best he can and always strives for improvement. I think he'd be good in Slytherin.
Bloodtype: Pureblood
I think England would also be born for wizard parents. His parents are dark wizards but keep it hidden. He wants to prove to himself and others that he's not like that so he tries hard to make friends but it rarely works out for him.
Best classes are: Defence against the dark arts, potions and muggle studies.
Worst class: harbology
England sucks at Quidditch and can barley fly a broom.
He's top of the class for potions.
England has a fascination with Muggle life and collects muggle artifacts.
