Today was Wednesday but I didn't go to school because Mama and I went the hospital to check on Baby Goldie. Baby Goldie was asleep but after some minutes that we came in she opened her eyes and said softly"Beba", I guessed that was me I moved closer and carried her, I felt like crying. Her body was as hot as water that kept on boiling even when it was boiled. I looked at her hand and she stared at me, mama asked me to stay with her while she goes to work. In the afternoon I bought Baby Goldie her favorite snack "Doughnut" and her fruit"Apples" across the hospital, but she refused to eat it. That was really surprising because Baby Goldie never played with her food. After several attempts to force her to eat she finally ate but vomited it. The doctor told me not to worry that she would be given some injections. The word "Injection" usually frightens me talk less of "Injections". They told me to go out and after I left I heard the doctor call my name, I went in and looked at the surprised doctor, looked at his hand which held a bent syringe. "I tried to put it into her but it bent" he said. I touched her body but it was soft, I was surprised and scared, I looked at her but she was already sleeping. Then I went to the lobby and pondered on what was going on.
