"Stella? Stella??" I soliloquized then looked at Baby Goldie whose face held a wide grin. "Mama take a look" I said excited, at least if I showed her the message she would know something is going on and most importantly, I am not insane. Mama who was about leaving turned around with a questioning look and took the phone from me.
"How did she know this?" I said quite confident.
"Because...... she's your.... friend?" Mama replied
"I know she is but how does that explain her knowledge of this" I stood up and said, raising my voice because I wanted to prove my point
"Because she has come to this house Bella!! Two of you are friends and she has probably noticed it!"
"Oh! I see" I said annoyed "you all planned this to make me seem and go crazy? Well I won't! You want to input things into my head and make it seem like nothing is happening, I get!" I continued hyperventilating "maybe this was how you made papa kill himself, by making him go crazy? It won't work because I don't understand why you will say that someone who is miles away from us knows what we talked about moments ago and is telling me I can't ever fulfill my promises to you and dad" my eyes were already building up tears "it's a combined effort, huh? Yes! I know that now" with that I snatched my phone from mama's hand then ran upstairs to my room. I could feel the bewildered penetrating eyes as I ran, I slammed my door shut. Even I didn't know where I got the balls to say that.
Things was not going well for me, at all. I sat on the bed , it was 10pm already. I couldn't believe what I just did, I accused the woman who gave me life for Papa's death. It wasn't my fault my head was spinning, I couldn't even think of what to say before I said it. I just wanted to prove to mama that I am not just imagining things. They should not have taken this prank too far, it was just too much. I need a soothing music! I reached for my and saw the message that Stella sent
