Mini Ladd p.o.v.
I smiled softly as I held my wife in my arms. Her belly was swollen and large, with our future daughter in her. My wife looks up at me, pale and weak "honey. I know I'm sick. Please, if it comes down to it, please save (y/n). She should be able to live. " she said softly.

Her speaking this made me silent.  I softly nod as I brush her hair. "Any day now she is due, and you will live " I said, trying to keep her motivated to live, yet be both know that this could kill my wife. She softly nods "I know honey. I know" she said softly and kisses me for a moment. I kiss back before she got up.  She  looked weak and so pale. I got up quickly and went to her side.

"We need to go." She said breathless and looks up at me. I softly tilt my head "where would we go?" I asked. She smiles and sighs "honey, the hospital" she said. My eyes widened as I ran off "keys! Keys! I need the keys!" I yelled, looking for them. I soon find them as I run back. I help my wife to the car and gets her into the back seat. I get into the car and starts it.  We quickly drive to the hospital.   

We soon get there and they take her away. I was waiting in the waiting room. "Seriously? They ask me to wait out here?! Why is that? It's not like something is killing her" I mumble to myself.  Soon a doctor walks out and asks me the question that my wife and I knew was coming. Who I wanted to live. I said the baby, like we agreed. He nods and leads me back. I walk in and holds my wife's hand for the last time "hey baby...I'm here...." I said. She looks up at me and smiles "thank you honey. Watch over our (y/n)." She said.

Time skip

I sigh softly and rubs my forehead. I heard the front door open and closed before I heard some sobs. I got up and walks over to the door to see my teenager daughter crying. "What's wrong (y/n)?" I asked and hugs her. "Dad! He broke up with me.  Evan broke up with me, how could he?" She cried. I sighed and hugs her "it's okay. You don't need him honey. Your just like your mother, your strong and can get through this. You don't need him" I said as I felt her nod. We hugged each other as she cried.

"Sshhh it's okay honey. I have you. I have you sweetheart. I won't let anyone hurt you.  Your mother is here too. She would never let you be." I said softly. (Y/n) slowly calms down. "It's okay,  I have you sweetheart "
