The shutter fell each time over the lens as the camera struggled to capture the natural beauty.

Drip.

Drip.

Water dripped in droplets from the sheets of paper that were hung to dry. Leaving in their wake a swirl of colour that was mesmerising.

Thwack.

Thwack.

Frames banged against the walls as they were set on them.

Thump.

Thump.

The sound of my heart as the buyers examined my pictures and bought them one by one.

Click.

Click.

The sound of heels fading away as the buyers walked out with their purchases leaving me behind to repeat the cycle.
