"Wake up, Jimin."

A pillow was thrown directly at Jimin's nape, awakening him immediately. Jimin half opened his eyes and was almost blinded by his surroundings. The blinds were open and the room seemed quite unusually bright.

Jimin sat in his desk chair, his laptop still showing his essay word document he was working on all night. He rubbed his eyes thoroughly and gently wiped his eyeglasses.

"Come on," the same voice said, now emerging once again into the room. "You've got an early start today. The professor does not want to wait for you again."

Jimin got up from his bed and headed straight for the shower. "You've got no time to shower. Just go get changed and then shower when you get back." the black haired boy said.

"Yoongi hyung. I can't go dirty!" he cried. The elder rolled his eyes.

"Whatever. It's your decision. But if I were you, I would be on my way to your first class," Yoongi advised before heading out the door, "Oh and don't forget to lock the door."

The door slammed. What's got him in a bad mood? Jimin thought. He wasn't in the mood to think properly. Just have a quick shower, get changed and leave. And don't forget to lock the door.

"HYUNG!"

Instead of walking, Jimin seemed to drag himself on the floor. His eyes still half asleep and his lips pouted. He tried to smile in front of the energetic boy in front of him but it looked a lot more like a grimace rather than a smile. "Hey Tae" he groaned.

"You missed the first class today. Professor PD is really angry with you," Taehyung said with a small frown. His brown hair was neat and tidy as well as his clothes. Jimin often heard that a person's outfits describes him the most. If Jimin could describe Taehyung from only his clothes, the first thing that would pop in his mind was stylish.

"When is he never angry with me?" Jimin asked rhetorically. Jimin worked hard at morning, noon, and night. He dedicated his self to working late in the evening and studying in the night. As if he wasn't stressed enough, his favourite teacher just had to give them a six paged essay that was due in two days. Of course, Jimin being Jimin, he had to do it last minute.

"Don't worry though! I copied the notes for you as well," he said with a cheerful smile. Jimin smiled as well.

"Thank you. I owe you one!" Jimin couldn't have wished for a better friend. Ever since his mother died, Taehyung was always the one to look out for him. Even in high school, he was supportive. It made Jimin wonder so many things about him. Why was he so nice to someone like Jimin? What made him stay?

"Don't mention it. Did you manage to do the essay last night?" Taehyung asked brightly. Jimin gave him a blunt expression.

"What do my eyebags tell you?" Jimin said, pointing directly towards the large dark circles undernearh his eyes. Taehyung chuckled slightly. He gave Jimin another of his square smiles.

"I'll treat you to some coffee later, if you want." he said. Jimin couldn't help but light up as well.

"That would sound amazing."

"Come on, we've still got our second class!" Taehyung assured him, taking Jimin's wrist by his hand and rushing him inside the building. Jimin couldn't help but notice other students looking at them funny. Yet he didn't care.

Jimin sipped on his latte. It was apparently a new cafe that Taehyung found a week ago. "When did you find it again?" he asked.

"About two weeks ago. I was just with a friend when he sugessted this place. It's really nice. It gives a cosy feel. Like I'm at my grandma's house." he explained, ending it quietly. Jimin took his best friend's hand, his eyes radiating sympathy.

"You still haven't moved on, have you?" he asked. Taehyung shook his head and stared entirely at Jimin. "I miss her as well,"

It was over a year ago. Taehyung had just left for a music camp when he heard the news. He was so confident in his grandma. He knew she could live through the surgery. Her doctor seemed so smart and so prepared. If he only knew that he said his last goodbye, he would've said everything.

"We should go back or else Professor PD will get angry again. We still have to pass the essay," Taehyung suddenly said, getting up from his chair. Jimin followed.

Taehyung grabbed Jimin's hand once again. "Taehyung wait!" Jimin exclaimed but the boy was too impatient. He pulled on harder and Jimin gave in. As they walked past the door, Jimin noticed a familiar figure as they walked out. He looked back and saw the dark figure heading inside the cafe.

He was so sure he saw his face. He looked so familiar. He just had no idea where. "Come on! Faster Hyung!" Taehyung cried, gripping onto Jimin's hand tighter. They both ran and Jimin forgot all about the mysterious figure.
