Louis gave him a sad smile.
"I know."
Harry turned his body so he was fully facing Louis.
"I need you to understand that I still love you Louis."
Louis didn't understand but to make this easier he still nodded.
"I understand."
Harry stood up and gave Louis a card.
"Your money is on there. I bought you a flat couple minutes from here. I'll send some more money by the end of the month. I hope he gets better and you get everything you deserve and more."
Louis blinked the tears away but some still managed to escape. This hurt.
He took the card from Harry in his shaky hands.
Harry bent down and placed a final kiss on Louis' forehead.
"I love you."
Then he was gone. Louis felt like he was suffocating. He couldn't breath and the tears kept on falling.
"Louis?"
He missed that voice so much. He looked up at the woman.
"M-mum?"
Jay rushed to him and hugged the boy tight.
That's when Louis' walls broke. He sobbed into he shoulder and clung tightly to her.
"He's gone. He just left me."
Jay shushed the small boy. "Who's gone Louis?"
"Harry. I told him the truth and he left."
"Who's Harry?"
And so Louis began spilling everything to her. He told her how they met, all the memories and he told her about Ethan.
And Jay did what she does best. She listened and held him in her arms.
