Meeting the band

Lauren POV

I had a shower and got ready to go before I left my bedroom I checked the clock on the wall it was 11:30 then it hit me, Richard didn’t tell me where I was meeting the band, Crap

James Pov

I’m looking forward to today because we meet girl who is going to be in our music video and Richard told Joe that she was the perfect one for the video and really good at acting apparently she can play guitar and sing as well, I just hope we all get along, I was brought back to reality by the sound of Tristan’s voice calling my name

“James! Were you daydreaming about Taylor Swift again?”

“No not this time I was thinking about the girl who’s going to be in the music video”

“She sounds awesome and perfect for the job from the way Joe and Richard have been talking about her”

Then Joe’s phone that was on the coffee table started to ring he came running through the door from the kitchen and answers the phone, after a couple of minutes talking he said by and put the phone down, then turns to face Tristan, Connor, Brad and I who are al on the sofa

“Right come on we are meeting Lauren at Nandos”

Laurens Pov

My dad dropped me off outside of Nandos I waited around for a while going through things on my phone and answering texts an tweets, when I looked up to see a black minivan with blacked out windows pull up next to me, then a man got out

“Hi I’m Joe the Vamps manager” he said extending out his hand for me to shake

“Hi nice to meet you” I said accepting his hand Joe stepped aside to reveal the four boys I had seen in Starbucks on the day of the audition, I knew I had seen them somewhere before

“Hi I’m Brad” the one with curly brown hair said

“I’m Tristan” another said with a little wave he was tall and had blonde hair, was very hot

“Hey I’m James and this is Connor” another boy with blonde hair said, he was slightly smaller and was also extremely hot, and he was pointing to the boy next to him

“Hey I’m Lauren, it’s so nice to meet you” I gave them a quick hug before we went into Nandos. Throughout the meal we were talking about how they became a band and what the video will be like we were probably there for about 2 hours I got along with all the boys which was good

“ I have to get going because I still haven’t packed,  but it was lovely meeting you all and I look forward to working with you” I waved goodbye and walked out of Nandos and got my dad’s car that was waiting out front.

*Three days later*

 (Outfit in external link)Right so do I have my sun cream? Check, appropriate clothing? Check, I finished my mental check list that I had probably run through about 50 times before I heard a car pull up outside my house, I dragged my suitcase out of the door and to the van that had arrived to pick me up, the boys had already been picked up and where waiting in the van, I flung my suitcase in the boot then I hugged each of my family and bent down to fuss scrappy who decided to lick my face

“Oh thanks Scrap” I said sarcastically as I got into the van I heard Scrappy whining, then we drove away, I took the last remaining seat next to Tristan

“So what else apart from shooting the video will we be doing while we are out there?” I asked the boys

“Well we are doing a mini tour and we need a support act” James said

“Oh right”

“So will you be our support act because we know you can sing and play acoustic guitar?” Brad blurted out

“Err I don’t know, let me think about that... YES, but how do you lot know that I could sing?”

“Joe told us” James said, well this is going to be one eventful trip I can just feel it, but that just means I am looking forward to it even more.

After we had checked in and got through airport security, the boys and I decided to go and do a bit of browsing and I needed a book and some magazines for the flight anyway

“Right who’s coming with me to the book store?”

“I will” they all said in unison, when we were in the book store I was looking around for some books that I thought I’d like, I got Mcfly unsaid things and while I was looking for another I heard the boys giggling I turned around to see they had 50 shades of grey in their hands, I rolled my eyes when I saw and carried on looking for another book I settled on the bone season, I walked past the boys who were still laughing at the book

“I’m going to pay for my books, okay?”

“Yep” Connor said popping the p

From the corner of my eye I saw Joe jogging towards us I quickly paid for the books

“Lauren, get the boys we are boarding” Joe said

“Okay” I said flashing Joe a smile then running to were the boys still where reading

“Guys our flight is boarding! We need to go” they looked up from the book grabbed their carry on’s and then we legged it to the boarding gate where Joe was waiting he handed each of us our ticket which we all then one by one handed to the air hostess, we walked down the tunnel to the aeroplane, I started to hum air hostess by busted to myself as we walked onto the plane, when I was in the plane I went to go to the back to the economy section when I heard Joe say something

“Where are you going?”

“I’m going to find my seat”

“But we are sitting in first class”

“Oh” I felt a bit stupid for a little while

“So who am I sitting next to?” I asked

“ME” all the boys said at once

“Somehow I think that’s going to be quite difficult”

“Right we’ll flip a coin for it winner of the first round plays winner of the second round and whoever wins gets to sit with Lauren” James suggested

“Brad against Tristan, and James against Connor” I said to be honest it didn’t matter to me in the slightest but I kind of want James or Tris to win but I’m good friends with all of them so whatever the outcome I will be happy. In the end Tristan won, yes, so I sat near the window and Tris sat near the aisle

“so, let’s get to know each other more shall we, we have 7 hours to spare” Tris said

“Okay, how old are you?”

“19, how about you?”

“Oh I’m 17”

“What are your interests?” he asked

“well, obviously acting, but I like playing my piano and guitar, singing but you already know that, err that’s about it I’m not the most interesting of people”

“Yeah I agree” Tristan said jokingly

“Oh thanks” I giggled the questions continued until take off  after that I started reading Mcfly unsaid things, while Tristan watched a movie on the screen mounted in the back of the chair in front of him I looked over and saw he was watching avatar which I had recently discovered is his favourite film. I probably read the whole of my book in 4 hours maybe a bit longer there were times when I would get funny looks of other passengers as I laughed and then was crying a minute later, but that’s what I good book is meant to do right? I looked around to see what everyone else was doing , they where all sleeping so I decided to join them in dream land since I had been up until 1 the morning before and needed to catch up on my sleep.
