Wild Heart

Laurens POV

I woke up to the sound of Mcfly’s song Love is Easy coming from out of my phone I got up and hopped into the shower before getting read day one of the video shoot today, I wonder what the director has in mind, anyway I put my jeans on(external link) but a I went to grab my top I noticed I still hadn’t unpacked it, then I heard a knock at the door, I started to panic and search around for something to cover my top half with, eventually I found a small towel and wrapped it around the top half of my body then answered the door, stood in front of me where Brad, James, Connor and Tristan

“we just came to see if you were ready for breakfast but from the looks of it, you aren’t” Connor said gesturing to me, then the most it happened, the towel fell from around my body revealing my black lace bra, the boys’ mouths dropped open

“Oh my god I am so sorry” I said as I grabbed the towel up of the floor and wrapped it back around myself

“Nah its okay, it now means I can tick ‘see an actress in her bra’ off my bucket list” Brad said jokingly well I hope it was, meanwhile James and Tristan where still standing there mouths open in some sort of trance

“Erm boys, you in there?” I asked as waved my hands in front of their faces, they soon came back to reality

“Right just let me get my top on and then I’ll be ready” the boys nodded I shut my door and looked in my suitcase until I found  the top that I wanted, I opened the doors expecting the boys to have gone down to breakfast, so I was a little shocked to find them still there. I followed the boys down stairs to the breakfast room and grabbed a bowl of fruit and a yogurt, James had the same whereas Tris, Connor and Brad piled their plates with pancakes, sausages, eggs and anything else that was on offer then they returned to the table that James and I were at

“Wow eat much?” I asked

“We are growing men, we are allowed to eat lots” Connor said defensively, I laughed then carried on eating my breakfast.

We where now on the set of the boys video shoot for their new single Wild Heart, we were all in hair and makeup, they did end up changing my outfit (external link) I didn’t take that long when it came to hair and makeup but the boys where taking forever so I decided to go for a walk around the set, we were filming in the desert but it wasn’t as warm as you would think. I stumbled upon a catering van so decided to get a drink, I walked up to the window

“Hey, what can I get you, beautiful?” the boy on the other side of the window asked he was about my age and did I mention the fact that he was absolutely gorgeous

“Can I have a pink lemonade, please?” I felt the heat rush to my cheeks

“Anything for a lovely lady” I couldn’t quite put my finger on his accent it was slightly American and slightly English. He handed me my drink

“Thanks, Erm by the way where are you from”

“Oh I’m originally from Devon but I moved here about five years ago, I’m jack by the way” he stretched his hand out across the counter

“I’m Lauren, nice to meet you Jack but I’ve got to go” I shook his hand then turned to walk away

“I hope to see you at lunch”

“You too” I said turning my head and smiling at Jack then walked off back to hair and makeup where the boys where still getting ready

“Oh my god how long does it take?”

“We have to look perfect darling” Brad said in a guy voice making me giggle a bit

“Anyway where have you been?” James asked

“Oh well I went for a look around then discovered the catering van and the hot guy that runs it as soon as I said that I was sure I saw Tristan and James’ faces drop, pr I might just be over thinking things, anyway I had more chance with Jack than I did with any of the Vamps.

We had to wait a little while longer while the crew set up a few more cameras and lights so James and Connor got their guitars and started strumming the chords and bass to room on the third floor by Mcfly I couldn’t help but sing along.

By the time we had finished the song we were ready to start filming the director walked over to me

“Hey you’re Lauren, right?”

“Yep that’s me”

“Hi my names dean Sherwood and as you probably already know I’m the director, right so what is going to happen with your character is that you will be lost and trying to hitch a lift, the bus that the boys are on will see you and pick you up, got it?”

“Yep, so when are we shooting that scene?”

“well I think we might shoot it when the sun is setting because, I want to get the different stages of the day, so we will probably film your scene after lunch, so just be ready” Dean walked off and went to brief the other actresses and actors about their scenes, the boys where having a quick run through of the song before the cameras started rolling

After shooting the first couple of scenes seemed to take forever, it was lunch thank god

“Hey James, Tris are you coming with me to get some lunch?” I shouted across to both of them, both of the boys nodded and walked up to me when they reached me we all made our way to the catering van

“Hey jack”

“Hey beautiful what can I get you?”

“Oh thanks” I said blushing okay maybe I’m making it a bit too obvious I like him

“I’ll have a chicken salad and a coke please” I turned around to Tristan and James behind me and I was about to ask them what they wanted, when I heard Jack from behind me

“Sorry but are you Tristan Evans?” A look of anger took over Tristan’s face

“You didn’t have to ask, you knew it was me you dick” Tristan screamed and looked like he was going to punch Jack, he started to charge towards the window of the catering van but James and I intercepted him before he could do any damage, James dragged Tristan a little distance away from the van

“I’m sorry about Tristan, anyway how do you know him?”

“Oh its okay we used to go to school together, I was wondering if you would like to get a drink with me sometime?”

“Erm okay sure” jack wrote his number down and handed it to me along with my order.

As we were walking back to the set it was silent until Tristan spoke up

“Lauren don’t do on a date with him, he’s a dick he’ll stand you up or break your heart”

“After your little show back there Tristan I think that a date is the least I can do to say sorry and anyway I like him” I picked up my pace and went to go and sit down with the rest of the actors and actresses.

Soon we were all called back on the set to film the last couple of scenes including mine I was quite nervous about it because I didn’t want to fuck it up and ruin the boy’s video, but hopefully that won’t happen.

I spent a couple of hours walking around doing nothing but text my friends back in the UK about how awesome it was out here and also about Jack. I seemed to keep replaying the memory of Tristan trying to punch Jack, I just don’t know why he did it, what had Jack done to him that I didn’t know, but I guess that’s not really my business.

*End of filming*

Thank god it’s over I’m so tired I don’t think I could have danced anymore, it was good fun I’m not going to lie and I had a blast but it was really tiring I felt sorry for the boys they were even more tired than I was but I guess it’s back to the hotel.

Sorry I haven’t updated in a while this chapter seemed to take forever to write.
