Chapter 9~ The Light To My Darkness

Klaus's POV:

Caroline had just entered my room and I was just wearing a pair of boxers.

"Liking the view" I said with a smirk

"Eww no!" Caroline said but I could see the smile on her face

"Cover up" she said

I quickly grabbed a pair of blue denims and a grey shirt and went in the washroom to get dressed.

"Alright I'm ready" I said coming out of the washroom and leaning against the door frame

Caroline turned around and I could see her cheeks turning bright red.

I couldn't help but smile.

For a while it became silent, until Caroline started to speak.

"Alright so I don't really wanna stay in this house all day you know!" Caroline raised her hands in the air

"I've been cooped up in this house for the longest time and I need some fresh air" she said folding her arms

"Well you know hostages don't exactly get a tour of their captors hometown" I laughed

"Wow your real slow aren't you!" She said with a smirk

"What so ever do you mean,love?" I said  arching my eyebrow

"Their not coming. I'm not your hostage. A hostage is someone that's either used in return of something or someone you just keep for fun" she said

"Well I guess we could go with the second option" I said walking closer to Caroline

     Carolines POV:

"Well I guess we could go with the second option" Klaus said and started walking closer to me,until we were inches apart.

His blue eyes staring at me and and a smile spread to his face showing his dimples.

"Yeah, I guess we could" i smiled my cheeks turning pink and I tried to hide it

"Alright Let's go already then!" I said and started walking towards the stairs.

"Coming love" Klaus said and I could see him smirking

Klaus was actually a good guy, he was kind and caring and.... beautiful.

Damons POV;

It's been about 5 days since klaus went back to New Orleans to rescue Caroline,if he's rescued her.

We wanted to go after her but we thought Klaus had it handled seeing as he was not only the biggest dick of them all but the strongest.

"Brother, I'm gonna head out I'll be back soon" I yelled over to Stefan but he hadn't answered

"Even with his super hearing he's still deaf" I said and rolled my eyes

I grabbed my jacket and headed out over to Elena's.

"Elena" I said knocking on the Gilbert's door
