Look at his face. Look at it. Look at it! LOOK AT IT! Ah.. em sorry, fangirl mode. Okay so if y'all don't remember this or haven't seen Race To The Edge, which if you haven't I highly recommend, I'm going to give you a bit of background information. Hiccup is trying to have the dragon riders work on their "work vacation" but they just aren't having it. So Astrid gets up, out of the lagoon everyone is swimming in, and goes to talk to him. She gives him this long speech about how they are his soldiers and not actually him and how they deserve a break because of how hard they've been working lately. The complete and utter admiration on his face in this moment is enough to give me "goosies." (Ps. Thank you Dagur for that phrase!) and his little back of the neck scratch, it's flipping adorable.
