Everybody were busy with the work....kushi who was releived of all her office work thought that her help  would be useful in the kitchen .... She started cutting vegetables ..... Arnav came into the hall and started reading newspapers..... Khushi's half attentionion was on Arnav due to which she cut her finger....she suddenly gasped in pain....ria was one to run to her first....the cut was deep and blood started oozing out.....kushi who always used to be calm started to panic ....Reena aunty who was their neighbour told them not to panic because it's just a knife cut....but harsha shouted back that it's deep ....he also shouted at kushi
Harsha: Bhabhi can't you be careful
Kushi didn't even utter a word
Arnav who was looking all this as a spectator noticed kushi's panic....he just came near kushi and cupped her face with his hands....kushi who was whining in paining suddenly drifted to another world when arnav came near her ...his cold hands on her cheeks made her forget everything
Arnav:kushi relax it's nothing.....just breathe....
Harsha was trying his best to stop the bleeding but it never stopped
Harsha: bhai I can't stop the bleeding....it's deep cut
Arnav: let's go to hospital
Arnav : harsha take her to the car I'll take my wallet
As soon as arnav uttered these words kushi clutched his shirt even more .....arnav understood and asked sahir to get his wallet and he supported kushi all the way to the car
They reached their family doctor and he asked them to wait outside the room....kushi looked nowhere but only in arnav's eyes as she was escorted inside the room.....the doctor asked kushi to lie in the bed....she was trying to climb and sit but she couldn't with her single hand support and she was short too ...as she , tried it hurt her more... Arnav stormed into the room and scooped her within a second she was on the bed...he screamed at doctor to treat her and he was not leaving her....doctor made the stitches....kushi  was a little calm and her expressions changed when the nurse approached her with an injection....arnav knew that however brave kushi is she is always a child when it comes to injections....
Arnav: doctor can't you provide any other tablet instead of this shot
Doctor:everytime u ask this question and you know the answer....just hold her and nurse do the rest....I have to attend a patient urgently...take good care of her .....he also told them that the cut is deep and she has to rest
Arnav was nervous because he was anticipating kushi to do any drama to avoid the injection....but to his surprise kushi did nothing....she just buried her face into his chest and holding him firmly....
Arnav: r u alright kushi.....don't worry it's just a matter of seconds
He was signalling the nurse to apply the injection as he was diverting her....the nurse applied it .....but kushi didn't even flinch.....after they got all medicines they drove back....arnav was puzzled by her reaction...she didn't even resist...he realised something is wrong with her....on the way he saw kushi's fav kulfi ice cream shop....inorder to cheer her he asked to stop by....but kushi told that she is not hungry...this even puzzled him....as soon as they reached home kushi went to bed....arnav came after
Arnav: kushi don't sleep eat,have your medicines and then sleep
Kushi finally opened her mouth
Kushi: I don't want anything it's just a cut it'll heal itself...I had an injection too...I'm fine
Arnav:why are you reacting odd kushi ....have your medicines...it's for your good
Kushi: I don't want ....that's it
Arnav didn't know what to .... already she was hurt....if she screamed at her shell get worse....he tried to play it in her way
Arnav: ok if you don't want medicines
He too accompanied her in bed
Kushi: why are you sleeping now?
Arnav: what do you mean
Kushi: have your dinner
Arnav: why do you care
Kushi looked at him angrily
Arnav grinned at her....she knew what he was up to....she went to down ....arnav followed her .....they had dinner and kushi had her medicines.....harsha was laughing on his own looking at them...
Sahir: what happened harsha... laughing alone?
Harsha: how can you divorce a person whom you love more than yourself
Sahir: he grinned at him and replied love is always complicated man
