Athena's POV & Next day

I woke up at 2 in the morning due to my injuries, Papa wouldn't stop kicking my stomach. My phone lit up and I smiled to see who it was,

My Papa growled and the entire house shook. I crept up the stairs but the basement door was still locked. I ran downstairs and hid in the corner, tucking my head in my knees. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep.

Chris' POV

I sat in my bed, thinking of Athena. They way her voice spoke so softly and the way she bit her lip made her so pulling. I wanted her to be safe. I thought of her brother plus how he treated her and noticed the way she frowned when he came along. I knew she had secrets but I wanted to know them. It was two in the morning but I wanted her. I needed to know more, so I texted her.

So... What's up?

My heart raced as for I didn't know what happened to her. I pinched the bridge of my nose and thought of all of the possibilities. Then, I thought of her body- she's so thin and fragile. She was clearly underweight but so beautiful. Her hair framed her face perfectly and her eyes were so gorgeous. She really is a goddess.

I took a shower and got dressed, I was excited to see Athena again. My phone lit up and I hurried over to check, -1 Message-
