When both Cisco and Barry cross paths with a girl who possesses the power to control the elements, they both find themselves on a rollercoaster ride to get her attention when she becomes a part of their team.

When Quinn arrived Barry was already waiting outside the factory. "Don't give me that look, Flash. My bike might be fast but it's not a speedster" Quinn chuckled. Barry grinned and walked over to the girl. Barry touched his communication system and spoke.
"Cisco, we're here"
"Okay, there are two entrances. The big one you guys are standing in front of and one at the back of the building. Take the front, a feeling is telling me that Horror is hiding in the back of the factory" Cisco's voice spoke. Quinn placed her fingers on the lightning bold bracelet.
"Good to know, thanks Cis".
"C'mon, let's go" Barry said, walking over to the door and pushing it open. Inside the factory, it was dark. But once Barry and Quinn were both standing inside the building, they could see it. The many blue ghostly figures around them. It was like the Northern light, but the dark version of it. The faces of the ghosts were far from friendly, some showing their blue teeth and some didn't even have eyes.
"They can't hurt us right?" Quinn softly asked, moving a bit closer to Barry's side. The girl wasn't afraid but she couldn't help the chills running down her spine.
"I don't know. Let's just hope the earbuds work" Barry replied.
"Well, well, well. Flash and his girl" an old voice spoke. The two meta's turned around to see Dr.Horror stand in front of the door they went through.
"It's Elementis" Quinn spat.
"Whatever you want pretty face" Dr. Horror smirked. Quinn narrowed her eyes at him.
"Hand over the kids" Barry demanded.
"You'll have to get through us first" Dr. Horror laughed and he raised his hands. Suddenly he was standing behind Barry and Quinn. The blue spirits behind him.
"Crap, what do we do now?" Quinn asked.
"We use my speed to close them in. Then you open the box and blast it in the circle. They will hopefully be trapped" Barry replied. Quinn nodded and Barry speeded off. Running circles around Dr. Horror and his spirits. Quinn ran forward and raised her hands, a little tornado twisting in her palms. Dr. Horror threw his arms up in the air and Quinn was pulled off her feet and thrown into the air, she landed on the dirty asphalt and rolled over. When she crawled back up, a spirit was hovering over her. Her father... again. The ghost's face came closer and closer but Quinn felt no emotion. The earbuds were working. She pushed her hand forward and a blast of air knocked the spirit out of the way. Quinn jumped up and ran over to Dr. Horror and his spirits. By running around them, Barry made the space smaller so Dr.Horror and his spirits were close too each other. They couldn't leave the small circle, unless they went through Barry. Quinn lifted her hands and Barry stopped running. She opened the box and placed it in her hands. A blast of air was all that was needed. The box dropped on the floor and Dr. Horror along with his ghosts were sucked into it. The cap closed with a small click. Barry walked over to the box and grabbed it.
"Let's go get the kids".
A few minutes later. Quinn and Barry walked outside with a group of kids. Joe and several other policemen were standing at their cars. People of who seemed to be the parents of the kids ran up to their little ones when they saw them. The little dark haired girl who was holding Quinn's hand wrapped her arms around her mother's leg and looked up. Forest green eyes smiled.
"Thank you miss, you are my hero". Quinn glanced and gave a quick nod.
"Yes, indeed. Thank you for saving my daughter and all her friends" The mother spoke.
"You're more than welcome" Quinn smiled. The girl turned around and walked over to Barry who was talking to Joe.
"You two did a great job" Joe spoke. "Where is Horror?". Quinn lifted her hand and showed Joe the box.
"He'll be safe in the pipeline" Barry said. Joe nodded.
"I suggest you two head over to S.T.A.R labs then. I'll be there soon". The two heroes nodded and Barry speeded away. Quinn grabbed her motor and drove off with a loud roar.

"Congratulations, you've just successfully completed your first mission as a member of team Flash" Harry said, clapping his hands when Quinn walked in.
"You did a really good job. We're proud of you" Caitlin smiled, checking Quinn's pupils. Cisco who was leaning against a table walked up to her.
"Yes! Even though you crashed into the ground and probably hurt yourself. You crawled back up and showed 'em how it's done".

"Thank you. Oh, this belongs to you" Quinn said, handing over the box that contained Dr. Horror and his spirits. Cisco and Quinn's hands touched for a second and Cisco's face heated up.
"Um, I'll go put it in the pipeline" he beamed.
"Yeah, maybe we can go get Big Belly burger after it? I'm starving" Barry offered.
"Sounds like a plan" both Caitlin and Quinn replied.
"Big Belly Burger it is".
