When both Cisco and Barry cross paths with a girl who possesses the power to control the elements, they both find themselves on a rollercoaster ride to get her attention when she becomes a part of their team.

"Barry take the corner on your left!" Cisco's voice instructed through the earpiece. Barry speeded around the corner onto the busy street.
"I see Quinn!" Barry replied as he saw the girl loop through the vehicles.
"Good, follow her. Most of the streets have been shut down due to reparations but Quinn knows the way".
"How stupid can you be. Stealing a police car..." Barry sighed.
"Barry, focus" Caitlin said.
"Yeah, sorry".
"They're heading into a dead street" Cisco exclaimed. Barry rushed past Quinn and pointed to his right. Quinn nodded and twisted the accelerator of her motor cycle. She slipped over the street, into the next. Barry who was way ahead of her already circled around the car, making it slow down. Once it stopped he opened the door and pulled the robber out of the police vehicle. He cuffed him to the mirror and dusted of his hand. Quinn came to a stop, took off her helmet and looked at Barry.
"Not fair. You're faster". The boy pulled a smug grin.

A man appeared and was about to hit Quinn on the head with his fist when Barry yelled.
"Quinn, behind you!". Quinn simply threw her hand up and the other robber was pulled into the ground by a block of stone.
"I hate the sneaky ones that escape" she spoke. Another police car pulled up on the street and Joe got out, Eddie following his actions.
"They're yours to take" The Flash said.
"Thank you, Flash... and Elementis" Joe replied. He grimaced for a small second when he saw the brick around one of the robbers and looked at Quinn. The girl sheepishly smiled in return. She gazed at the watch that Eddie was wearing.
"Crap, I have to get to work. See you".
The girl placed the helmet back on her head and jumped on her bike. The engine roared when she drove off.
"Eddie, I think we're gonna need a sledgehammer" Joe said.
"Yeah... She can get a bit enthusiastic sometimes" Flash glanced.
"I don't care. She got me two of our most wanted robbers. I like her".
"Yeah. She's cool... Well. Goodluck with that" Flash blushed, before he disappeared.

"Yo, who's up for a cup of coffee at Jitters?" Barry asked, once in the Cortex.
"Is it to actually drink coffee or just so you can stalk Quinn... Like you've been doing these past days?" Caitlin asked.
"Uhm... To actually drink coffee?" Barry questioned, a frown on his face.
"Well. If you're that desperate to go. I'll join you. I'm kinda craving for a double caramel shot" Caitlin replied, standing up.
