Old Times

Zoro POV

I opened the door to my house with the spare key i left under the mat by the door, i let Robin walk in first, i took in how she had changed, she was paler and had longer hair, she no longer had the fringe. She was still slightly taller than me but at least i don't have to look up at her now anyway though she just looks great? no better than that, beautiful as she always was...

Damn the hell am i thinking, i sound like that goddamn dartboard brow. I followed in after her rather awkwardly, what do i say to her? but before i had the chance to speak up she did.

"It's been a while hasn't it, how have you been Zoro?" Robin asked tilting her head slightly with a smile

"it's been fine here, same old same old" I replied, but i quickly spoke up again before she could reply " I'm sorry about your mother Robin, i understand how you feel, my mother died with me at childbirth" I said to her trying to sympathize.

"Zoro i, ....i never knew, I'm so very sorry, well i've been coping, i need to stay strong as my mother would have wanted me too" Robin replied

Robin walked up to me and wrapped her arms around my chest, i awkwardly returned the hug while blushing and looking away, i felt her giggle on my chest, i hope she's alright.

"I'm not the best with words or anything but i'm here if you need to talk or something" i said to Robin 

She pulled away from me and smiled, " Thank you Zoro, i appreciate it, i'm here for you too"

"Thanks" i replied slowly

The room was suddenly filled with silence as we just looked at each other, the silence disappeared instantly as i heard my phone in my back pocket start to ring, i instantly reached for it and checked the caller ID, it was Luffy, I answered the call and put the phone to my ear which was mistake

"ZORO!" Luffy's voice boomed out of the phone, killing my ear in the process

"WHAT YOU IDIOT" i heard Robin laugh at my response, crap i forgot she was in the room, i shouldn't have shouted.

"Hey your there! awesome!" Luffy cheered

"Who else would it be you idiot" i replied, annoyed.

"A bear man?" Luffy replied sounding as if he had to think hardly for that dumb answer.

"What do you want Luffy" I replied even more annoyed.

"Oh yeah, can you pick me up!"

"Can't Ace bring you?" i grumbled, Robin eyes widened a bit hearing the name of an old friend.

"He's having his friends over and says he can't be arsed taking me" Luffy replied

"Alright fine i guess, i'll be over in a few hours to get you" 

"AWESOME! thank you Zoro!" Luffy replied then hung up before Zoro could even reply

I looked back at Robin and smiled, " My friends are kinda coming over tonight sorry" I told her

" Its okay, you don't need to apologise, i'm intruding after all" Robin replied

"No its all good you being here" 

"Thank you again for letting me stay" 

"Not a problem, we got a few hours to spare, wanna watch a movie or something?" i suggested to pass the time

"Sure" she replied while smiling

"What genre?"

"Horror?" She smiled suggesting
