Here are some of the pictures that I took at the theatre where I saw the play Romeo and Juliet.
BTW, the performance was fantastic! For my last high school trip, I have to say that it was really memorable. I'm glad I got the opportunity to go because I don't get a lot of opportunities to go on school trips.

When we arrived at the theatre, there was an area where we could sit down and relax and eat lunch. There was a beautiful river nearby. In the river, there were lots of swans, ducks, and geese. I loved the swans so much!

I also got the opportunity to take some pictures of the auditorium. It was HUGE! I do have the pictures on my phone, but there were other students in it, so I'm not going to post them, just for privacy reasons. But, I did manage to take a picture of the theatre before we headed inside to see the play!

Here are some other cool details about my trip. Before we saw the play, we got to go shopping at the theatre gift shop. I bought a bookmark for my sister and it has an inspirational message: "She believed she could, so she did." I feel like that would be really encouraging for my sister. I felt like she needed some encouragement.

I also got some loose leaf tea. It was $16, but it was totally worth it! It's gourmet black tea that tastes like strawberries and chocolate and has strawberry pieces and chocolate pieces and has hints of vanilla. I haven't tasted it yet, but I'm hoping to try it in the morning.

To be honest, I thought that the actors did an excellent job in the play! You probably want to hear about the actor who played Romeo, right? I thought the actor did a great job playing Romeo. But, there were some parts where I quietly chuckled to myself because when the actor was projecting his voice in a really dramatic scene, you could see saliva being sprayed from his mouth! Everyone on the trip was talking about it and they all thought it was hilarious! Say it, don't spray it, Romeo! 😂

After the play was done, we all went out and ate dinner at a fast food restaurant, A & W. I got a delicious meal that included chicken strips and a side of fries, and a super yummy root beer float! Mmm mmm!

Yeah, so the trip was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot! It was an experience that I'll never forget. I'm really glad I went on this trip.
