Ok so a problem MTF transgenders face is dealing with a penis and the lack of boobs.
Both have relatively easy and mostly free fixes.
For downstairs what you should do is wear male underwear (not boxers or boxer briefs) that are one or two sizes too small. This tucks it away and makes it nearly invisible from the outside. You can also wear Female underwear over it as well.
For upstairs get a bra, it doesn't have to be a good one, but I recommend a bralette. Now there should be a small opening on the inside edge. This is wear you can take out the padding. Now take out the padding on both sides and put in a washcloth (a small one) that is folded into a triangle (middle point facing up) now put back in the padding in front of that to help smooth it. Add more or less cloth for bigger or smaller boobs.
