Lauren and James went to the hospital to check their dad
“Mom” Lauren called out.
“I have a good news to the both of you” Their mom said happily
“What is it?” Lauren asked
“We found a heart donor now and later your dad will have an operation so we should hope that it will be successful”
“Really? Thank God!!” Lauren said and hugged her mom
Hours passed James’ dad are now transferred at the emergency room.. Their mom keep walking back and front
“Mom will you calm down?” James said as he stares at his mom
“I’m just so nervous” His mom said and sat between them
“Let’s just pray mom we know Dad is a strong person” Lauren said and Mrs. Reid smiled
Hours passed Lauren’s head is on James’ shoulder, she’s sleeping soundlessly
“When you’re dad is okay now will go back to the Philippines” His mom blurted out
“Really?”
“Yes we’ll live there our house here will just be our hometown”
“But why?”
“Your dad wants to experience living in other country and he knows that you don’t wanna live here because you have friends on Philippines” His mom explained
“That’s cool mom, actually mom I still didn’t tell you that I have a girlfriend” James said
“You have?” His mom said and smiled. He nodded
“What’s her name? I want to meet her”
“Her name is Ann Li, she’s Patrick’s younger sister.. remember?”
“I remember Patrick but I don’t know that he have a younger sister” James smiled
“Me and your dad wants to meet her”
“Soon Mom” James said and smiled. Then the doctor went out of the room. James tapped Lauren’s shoulder to wake up. They stood up and talk to the doctor.
“How’s my husband?” Mrs.Reid asked nervously the doctor smiled
“The operation was successful he’s okay now, later we will transfer him to a normal room” The doctor said and Mrs. Reid thanked him
“Thank God Dad is okay now” Lauren said and hugged her brother and mom
After 1 hour Mr. Reid is now transferred their now at his room talking with their dad.
“James son I miss you” His Dad said James went towards his dad and hugged him
“I miss you too dad, glad you’re okay now” James said as they broke the hug
“Dad!” Lauren called out and hugged her dad
“I miss my two good looking children” Their dad joke and smiled
“You feeling better now?” Mrs. Reid asked her husband and he nodded.
“When I’m successful okay, We will go to the Philippines” Mr. Reid said and they just smiled
While in the Philippines…
“Ann get down here” Patrick shouted at the downstairs and Ann just obliged
Ann was so shocked to see her parents. She run towards her parents
“Mom Dad I miss you” Ann said and hugged her parents
“We miss you too princess” Her Dad said
“What are you doing here?” Ann asked
‘We’re going to stay here because we miss the both of you” Her mom said and hugged Patrick and Ann
“So I think my princess is not a baby anymore? So do you have a boyfriend huh young lady” Her father asked and Ann blushed
“She has Dad” Patrick blurted out
“Really? And who’s this guy?” Mr. Li asked Ann but Patrick answered again
“It’s James Reid, my friend”
‘YAH! Kuya are you Ann? Do you want to switch our names huh” Ann scolded her brother and he just rolled his eyes
“So I want to meet her Ann” Her dad said
“Dad actually his on Australia today his dad is in a bad condition so yeah maybe next time” Ann explained and her parents just nodded. They eat their dinner and do some catch up.
