30 ways to get a flat stomach

Drink a glass of water before every meal .

instead of 3 big meals eat 5 small meals per day.

eat slowly as it breaks the food down and the fat does not lay on your stomach

do cardio for 20 minutes, five times per week

know your serving sizes ( different for all weights / heights )

have good posture

swim once a week

do some strength core workouts

minimise your candy intake

do lots of push ups

do reverse sit ups

NEVER skip breakfast as it boosts your metabolism for the day

drink 2 litres of water a day

get 7-8 hours of sleep every night

cut out alcohol ( this should not even matter to most of you )

reduce salt intake

avoid stress

cut out fast food as it contains a lot of salt and saturated fat

cut out soda , if you want something with flavour drink natural fruit juice or flavoured water

don't starve yourself, when you start eating again the weight will pile back on .

don't isolate your stomach

eat your 5 a day ( vegetables or fruit )

get plenty of fibre

cut out red meats

eat very little carbs

yoga

do some leg lifts

put ice on your stomach to reduce bloating

workout whilst you watch tv

don't push yourself too hard
