Room for one more?

Waking up I decide to go for a jog before starting my day. I'd told Logan that I had plans today and couldn't meet until dinner time but really I just didn't want to have to deal with that Jace for longer than needed. I know I shouldn't judge a book by its cover, hell I'd hate to think what they think of me but he really did come across as an ass!

Realising even thinking about Jace was riling me up I decide to get up and get out. I shove on my running gear and set up my headphones and playlist before heading out of my apartment. As I walk I strap my phone to my arm and fling my hair up in a messy bun.

"Tori" I hear called from behind me and turn to find Raven walking towards me. Boy is fine!

"Hey Raven" I greet him as he joins me at the lift. He's wearing a sleeveless tank top, red shorts and his muscles on display for all to salivate over. I've not seen him much or the rest of his team since their bird left. I thought Kylie had been perfect for them as she kept them on their toes but from what I heard it was no loss to them in the end when she left with Blake as she had done more harm than good.

"Where are you going?" He asks as we enter the lift hitting the ground floor button.

"I need a jog to clear my head" I tell him waving my hand in the air to show my exasperation.

"I thought you did other things to clear your head" he says with a knowing smirk.

"Down boy." I say laughing. "A jog is all I need today" I tell him giving him a pointed look which only make his laugh.

Raven and I have had a few drunken encounters but it was a mutual thing and again as much as he is hot as hell especially with all those tats and piercings I couldn't give him what he needs and right now he doesn't want anything than sex and I'm trying not to be that girl.

"Well you know where I am if you change your mind." He tells me with a wink. "But since all you want is a jog do you want company?" He offers and I have to admit it would be nice not to be alone.

"Sure, but you have to run beside me or in front. I don't want to tempt you will all this booty" I say giving my ass a tap laughing as I watch his eyes heat.

"Tease" he says stalking towards me and I can feel my heartbeat picking up but just as he is at arm reach away the doors open and I jump out laughing as he stomps after me.

"Your are such a horn dog" I shout over my shoulder heading out the door and watch as he tries to keep an angry glare but fails. "Come on" I call and set off towards the park with him easily keeping pace beside me.

After my jog Raven and I decided to get some breakfast and walk back to the Sargent Jasper. I forgot how much fun it is to do things with other people. I've been isolating myself from people for so long that it was kind of sad to realise that I've been missing out on this all along. Raven was a constant flirt and by the time he was saying goodbye to me at my door, placing a small kiss to my forehead I'd nearly given in to his charm but had to give myself a huge pat on the back for resisting the Russian rogue.

By the time I had got back it was late afternoon so I decided to tidy and work on my set list for the weekend at the club. I jumped in a quick shower afterwards and now I'm trying to decide what to wear to the Vano Teams house. Logan said they would order take out so I know it isn't a fancy meal or anything but I still want to try and give a better impression of myself than the hobo they seen yesterday in the office without looking like I am trying too hard.

Deciding on smart causal I chose a sleeveless white long top with slits up the sides, light blue ripped skinny jeans and my jewelled flip flops. I shove on some layered gold necklaces and my gold earrings and braid my hair around my head mainly to look like I made an effort but also because it saves me from drying it. Win win in my eyes. I finish off by adding some light make up focusing on my eyes and grab my phone and bag.
