When I walked in the door my momma was furious! She had a belt in her hand and a frown on her face. I was either getting a whoopin. Or getting a whoopin and phone taken away. If I had any other choice, I knew a whoopin was automatically included.

Mom: Where were you? You ain't call or nothin!

Me: I'm sorry I- * get cut off

I went to my room and couldn't help but thank God. I had to thank God cause usually my momma don't care how old you is. If you livin under her roof then you abide by her rules! If you break a rule then a whoopin is in your future.

When I got in my bed my phone vibrated.

Shoni: So how was the date?

Me: ... <3 Awesome....

Shoni: What happened?

Me: We went to iHop, movies and saw Think Like A Man, and went to the park. We talk at the park and when he dropped me off at home he kissed me on the cheek... He also told me he loves me. <3

Me: Now that you mention it... You're right! Well I was too shocked to even notice it!

Shoni: LOL.

Me: When I came home my mom had a belt in her hand. She ain't give me a beat down but she told me to go to my room before she get tired of looking at my face.

Shoni: I would thank God for not getting a beatin from her!

Me: That's what I did as soon as I got in my room!

Shoni: Hahaha! Well let me go. My momma just got home. Luv ya sis!

When I got off the phone I sent Shaun a message.

Then, Trey came in without even knocking!!

Trey: Why smiling like that?

Me: Uhh.. Why you act like you ain't got manners like that?

Trey: Cause I run this house! Knockin is for losers.
