Lucille was spending some time with her father, doing some father daughter bonding, while Jay and I was spending the day with each other.

We were now at a park, as Jay threw some sand at me.

"You're gonna get sand in my eyes," I said, turning my head.

"Sorry," he said, while giggling.

I was helping him build a sandcastle when he decided to throw sand at me.

"Awe. Is that your little brother?" A woman passing by with a little girl asked, smiling at Jay and I.

"Actually no, his my son," I replied, smiling back at her.

I often got mistaken for his sister a lot, so it was nothing new to me.

"Really," she said in astonishment, as her eyes widened.

"You look really young. Anyways, nice talking to you." She waved at us, as she and the little girl walked away.

They seemed like nice people, but I know a fake smile when I see one and I didn't need a wolf to know that she wasn't human.

Werewolf maybe, but that little girl was something else.

Something told me I would see her again soon.

"Mommy, is something wrong?" Jay asked, looking at me with those beautiful eyes.

"Nothing sweetie, I think it's time to leave," I said, looking around.

Something seemed off to me and I wasn't going to stay here any longer.

"Okay mommy."

Putting him on my back, I began running as quickly as possible into the nearby trees, so that no human would see us.

The pack house wasn't that far away from the pack, so it didn't take me that long to get there.

When we got there, I Jay a bath and then some snacks before going to look for Lucille and her father.

As soon as I was about to leave the pack house gates, I was pulled into a hug.

"Looking for me?" Lucy asked, spinning me around.

"Yes and where's Lucille? We have to leave right now," I rushed out.

"Calm down. Lucille is drawing in her room and as for leaving, that's not going to happen." He was very calm about everything that was happening.

"But what about the woman and girl I met today and I just know something is about to come this way." My mind was spinning like crazy.

"Don't worry. That's exactly what I want, especially our little girl. She's soon going to get her powers you know," he smiled at me.

I had already forgotten about that. There was going to be a blood moon soon which is when she'll gain them.

"Silly me," I shook my head, as I calmed down, knowing that things would be alright.

"Did you forget?" He chuckled, pinching my cheeks.

"Come on, let's go join the children," I said pulling him, trying to hide my red face.

I hated when he was right, which was always.

When we got there, Jay and Alex was playing video games.

"Looks like you guys are having fun. How's Samantha doing Alex?"

"She should be coming to visit us next week," he said, never taking his eyes away from the TV.

"They're here."
