"Are you okay?"Prince Adam asked becoming worried.

"I'm the new maid!"I finally managed to say.

Adam continued to study me making me more nervous than I was before.

"Aren't you a little too young to be a maid?"

That question surprised me, I thought Adam would have preferred a young maid considering he likes to play with girls feelings , well that's at least what I thought.

"I'm sixteen your majesty and with all do respect I know how to do my work!"I said calmly, trying to calm my racing heart.

I held my breath as Adam got up from his bed and walked towards me,he stopped right in front of me giving me a perfect view of his sexy bare chest.

"Are you sure you're not one of those girls who just want a chance of meeting me?"Adam said accusingly.

"I'm sorry to disappoint you but I'm not interested in you in that way, I'm just here for my duty!"I said smoothly.

Boy was that one of my biggest lies ever!Wasn't interested!Hah!

Adam however surprised me by bursting out with laughter. He was actually laughing at me!Why that arrogant ..

"You're definitely different than my other maids, I think I might actually enjoy your company." Adam said smiling at me.

I couldn't help but melt at his kind words , this was another side of him that I never got to see.Why was it so hard for him to be this way when I was myself?When I wasn't disguised as a maid..Did he really hate me that much?I couldn't bare the thought of him hating me.

"You like what you see?"Adam teased snapping me out of my thoughts.

I hadn't realised that I was staring at his perfect chest again.I wanted to run my hands over his chest while I felt his lips...wait what?

Where did those thoughts come from?Oh boy I needed help!

"Um, I don't know what you're talking about your majesty."I said blushing , I was sure my entire face burned with embarrassment.

Again he chuckled.It was such a sweet sound, like music to my ears.

I needed to snap out of this, get a hold on myself!

"Its okay if you like what you see you know, but anyway it was nice meeting you , um what's your name?"

My name? I can't remember!

"Kry..um, I mean karlina!"

That was close!!

Adam narrowed his eyes suspiciously as though contemplating whether I was telling the truth but he seemed to let it go and continued speaking..

" Well this is my room as you may already know miss Karlina, I have some business to take care of now so you could get started, again, it was nice meeting you!"

With that being said, he picked up his T-shirt and left the room quietly.

Wow!What just happened? Adam was actually nice to me?Well not me exactly but a maid?He was nice to a maid?Was he like this with all his people?

Could everyone have judged him wrongly just because he was the prince of the bad vampires?

Well this was not the time for me to study that, I had work to do!
