There lived a young woman,
Scarred and bruised,
With her father,
Under a roof.

There came along a heart stealer,
Grey eyes and a mesmerizing smile,
And on his first day at school,
His eyes traveled a mile.

She caught him staring at her intently,
Averted her eyes and crept away did she,
She felt those eyes boring into her back,
But did not stop or did she??

Her ocean blue eyes filled his thoughts,
As he watched her retreating figure merge into the crowd,
A magnet so strong bound him to her,
As he saw her shadow disappear 'round.

The next day at school,
He saw her again,
Her once blue eyes,
Held sadness in them.

He scurried up to her,
And held a hand so thin,
A tear in her eye,
As she looked up at him.

She soaked his grey T-shirt,
And cried all her heart,
For all the misery she had,
Was bottled from her past.

Soon they spoke and ate and sang their heart,
For there seemed no fear,
They felt happy and carefree so far,
To be in the arms of a dear.

Days past by and they got close,
And they seemed to talk for hours to end,
But behind all this stood an evil soul,
Who wanted to break their heart again.

Their love radiated from both the sides,
Each fighting for a centimeter more,
But the closer and closer they got together,
The devil pulled them far more.

The next day she came to school,
With a large scar tattooing her arm,
She had puffy eyes with a red nose,
All was hidden by a fake charm.

But he knew that something was wrong,
As he saw the sorrow deep in her eyes,
The once happy and shining glow,
Held sadness that radiated in her sighs.

He asked the reason of her misery,
She looked away and said "nothing",
But he forced her eyes back at him,
And a gave a kiss that said something.

She looked at him with pleading eyes,
And whispered, " save me from my father",
"There is nothing to worry about
For love, I will save thee rather".

She smiled at him and captured his lips,
With a kiss so powerful and passionate,
For nothing more mattered in this world,
Then to be loved by someone so compassionate.
