It all was a blur in Jemma's mind. The sirens went off and she looked at Skye, and she could she the pure fear in her eyes. Fear for everyone's lives. Then, Skye seemed to snap back to reality before Jemma could, so she grabbed Simmons' hand and dragged her to the emergency seats.
As they got buckled in, Jemma finally recovered from her state of shock. Her eyes widened.
"Skye! Wha- where is the rest of the team!?"
"Don't worry.. I- I'm sure they're fine."
"No..! We have to help them!"
Jemma's shaky hands reached to unbuckle her seat belt. She was nervous, but she could only think of a handful of people who wouldn't be in this situation. Jemma could still faintly hear Skye begging her not go, but she had already made up her mind, no matter how idiotic her plan was.
