{~song for chapter: I Have Questions-Camila Cabello~} Ziah's POV: thoughts. Thoughts of him with another woman as I lay in a bed alone. His side of the bed feels cold & empty. I feel lonely & I shiver from the cold air. I engulf myself in the silk sheets & curl up in a ball. Should I be feeling like this? Where is he? Is he with another woman? Why doesn't he care enough to call me? All of these questions ran through my mind as I stood underneath the sheets. I hear a knock on the door & I sigh loudly. Thinking it's Nate I quickly grow a smile & run towards the door. I see Zoe & I couldn't help it but break down into tears. She stood there frozen & confused. She soon grabbed me & engulfed me in a hug. A hug that I felt I was protected in. We sat down in the bed & she grabbed both of my hands "You two broke up didn't you ?" She asks me with concern plastered on her face I couldn't say no because that would be lying. I cannot lie to someone straight to their face. So I instead tell the truth & let the bittersweet words fall off my tongue. She listened to everything I said & stood silent. Finally after I ran my mouth about what happened. She smacked my hand & I groaned "What the hell?" I say rubbing my hand to soothe the pain. As I see a red mark forming on my hand. "You need to get up,go with me to the club & forget about him" she says "But Zoe.." I say sniffling "I'm sorry Ziah. You gave that man a lot including Jasmine & he dares to do something like this. You need to have fun...then you figure out what to do next." She says "Ok.." I say & she wipes my tears "No more..no man is worth ruining your mascara" she says smiling & drags me off the bed. We walk into my closet & she picks out a outfit for me.

"You gonna slay so hard that he'll wish to have you tonight" Zoe says through the door. as I get dressed in the bathroom while she's outside in my room. I finally get the dress on & walk out. She zips it up & gasps "Wow. You look. Wow" she says wide eyed & I look in the mirror "Do I look fine? I had a baby & you know how these things are.." I say frowning & she lifts my chin up with her finger "Everyone will have their eyes on you. Cmon now lets get the makeup & hair ready" she says I sit down in my vanity & I turn on my straightener. I brush my hair out & I grab the straightener. I straighten my hair completely & I start doing my makeup right after. I do my eyeliner,eyebrows,foundation & concealer. Zoe helps me with contour since I cannot understand it at all. I put on nude pink lipstick & I smile as I look in the mirror. "You look great" she says & runs her fingers through my hair. "Now don't you gotta get dressed?" I ask her & she shakes her head. She opens her jacket & reveals a outfit similar to mines. "I had this on the whole time..I just planned to take you out" she says giggling "You know me too well" I say sticking my tongue out at her & I grab my purse.
