Just imagine the pranks he gets to do when he comes back... for instance I am still waiting for an episode where Gabriel turns the Bunker in a labyrinth a la Indiana Jones style for fits and giggles - it would be hilarious. Or where he swaps Sam and Dean's bodies because he's bored.
