Love Conquers All ~Dylan Dauzat~

Chapter 42

{March 17, 2017}
"Babe, come on!" Dylan shouted from the kitchen. We were at his parents house. After what happened with my stepmom, I've been avoiding the house as much as possible. I only go home to sleep and Thursday thorough Sunday, I'm anywhere but home. I either go to my moms or go to Dylan's. I walked out of Dylan's room with my bag and went to the kitchen.

"Let's go." I grinned. We were heading to the airport to go to Disneyland. Dylan, Mrs. Dauzat and I walked outside and into Dylan's car. Dylan was going to drive to the airport and Mrs. Dauzat was going to drive his car home.

Once at the airport, we told Mrs. Dauzat bye then started the process to board the plane. Dylan held tightly to my hand. He made sure our seats were next to each other, so "I didn't have to be away him for too long," as dylan put it. I think it's him that doesn't want to be away from me. We got to our seats and sat down. I only had one bag, my carry on, while dylan had his carry on and one suitcase.

"Okay, so when we get to LAX, my manger will pick us up from there. We're going to spend the night at his apartment then head to Disney tomorrow and spend the day there." Dylan explain. I nodded, even though he told me this a week ago. I leaned towards dylan once we were settled in our seats.

"Hey, Dyl?"

"Yeah, baby?"

"I love you." I grinned then kissed his cheek.

"I love you, too, baby." He smiled.

"I'm glad you picked me to go with you."

"I wouldn't want anybody else, gorgeous." He pecked my lips.

Once we were in the air, dylan and I started playing a crossword puzzle game on his phone. We suck at crossword puzzles, by the way. Dylan clicked on a square for the clue. I laughed as I read it. 'A color as dark as my heart and soul.'

"Black." I said. Dylan typed it in. We were kind of cheating though because we turned on the setting so that way it turns red when we're wrong.

"How did you know that?"

"Literally I say 'black as my heart and soul' all the time. How did you not know that?" He shrugged and went to a different clue. That's what we did the whole flight, cheating our way through crossword puzzles and honestly, I wouldn't have any other way.
