{October 31, 2019} "Babe, why are we having Halloween on a Wednesday?" Dylan questioned as we put the finishing touches on the decorating.
"Because Halloween fell on a Wednesday. It doesn't matter how long anyone stays. I just wanted to have a party."
"We could have done it this past Saturday."
"But last Saturday wasn't actually Halloween." Before he could reply, the doorbell rung and Kassidy walked in, not waiting for us to answer. I laughed as she grinned. She was dressed as a zombie bride. She was wearing a short white dress and a veil with zombie makeup and fake blood on her. Dylan and I decided to be Danny and Sandy from Grease. We looked damn cute, if I do say so myself.
**** About an hour later, the house was almost filled with people, mostly family, but we had a lot of friends too. Even though it was Wednesday, some of us were still drinking. Well, just the ones not driving and the ones who had no school or work the next day. Kassidy was going to spend the night, along with a couple of Dylan's friends and Christian.
"Chug, chug, chug, chug!" I heard outside as I went to talk to my mom for a minute. Confused, I excused myself and walked back outside to see Christian, my brothers friend that's practically my brother, was chugging a can of beer. Dylan, my brother, and Dylan's friends were cheering him on. I rolled my eyes and walked over to them. I wrapped my arms around Dylan's waist and kissed his cheek.
"Hey, gorgeous." He smiled.
"Hey, babe." I pulled my phone out. "Nathan, take our picture!" I shouted at my brother. He nodded and took my phone before taking a picture of dylan and I. He handed my phone back to me and I walked away. Kassidy ran up to me and grabbed my hand.
"This is great." She smiled. I nodded. "I can't wait for you two to have kids."
"Me either. I told dylan I wanted kids, but he said he wants to wait until we're married and I respect that." She smiled then looked at my phone.
"That's cute! Post it now!" I laughed, as I was already in the process.
"I am." I quickly typed a caption then posted it.

"Baby, come here!" Dylan shouted as I went to walk inside.
"Why?!" I shouted back.
"I wanna cuddle!" He whined. I laughed and walked back over to him. He pulled me into his arms then started talking to Christian again.
