Light your candle and Sit in a quiet place and visualise you sitting in the forest, then visualise you and your wolf traits, imagine you with your eyes closed then suddenly you open your eyes and they are the colour of the wolf, chant: " I'm one with the wolves I was born a wolf I am a wolf"

imagine a pack of wolves coming towards you and there accepting you as a wolf and into their pack then say: "as my inner wolf activates so does my life, my wolf friends ignite me"

Visualise you turning into a wolf and you being with the pack, imagine it all as if it's really you and it's happening then say:"here is where my life shall start, mighty wolves descend and we shall fight!"

Now end it with a "mighty wolf gods and spirits so mote it be"
