Chapter 2 - Newborn

Ugh. What did the hell happen? Bright light and wha..? Is that a ceiling?

"Ugawah?"

???? What the fuck was that?

"Uwawa?!"

???? Wait, is that weird gurgling sound coming from me?!

Ava then realized for the first time in 15 years, she could see the ceiling CLEARLY. Since she was 10 years old, Ava had always worn glasses due to her genetically poor eyesight.

"Uwagwah!!" What the fuck?!!!!

Then Ava sensed movement from the far right side of her.

"Look sweetie! Aki's awake!"

"Hm? Our baby is finally awake huh."

Who are they talking about? What baby? Wait who the fuck are they?

A shift of movement and suddenly Ava was lifted up and her eyes could finally see who was speaking.

"Wah!" Hold up!...Woah...

The owner of the first voice was a young woman of great beauty. Her gentle white hair went past her shoulders to the breast and her eyes... they were the color of evergreen.

"Our little Aki is staring! She must like me already!" exclaimed the beautiful woman.

"You are her mother darling. She has been in your belly for 9 months, of course, she likes you!" a masculine voice answered back.

"And you her father!" the woman squealed.

Ava's view was shifted to where she could see the beautiful woman's husband. From where Ava came from, there was a saying that people fall in love with people of their like. Well, this saying was the perfect representation of these two. In contrast to his wife, the husband had denim blue hair with magenta colored irises. Denim blue and magenta should have been a weird match, yet on this man, it could not have made him anymore strikingly elegant.

Hn. If these two had a child the baby would be a masterpiece. Heh, I wonder who's the lucky little soul.

"Our little cutie!" cried the woman as she touched Ava's nose.

Weird. Why did she, touch my nose saying 'Our little cutie?' Wait a minute. How the hell, is this woman holding me???

Scrunching up her face in confusion the baby (or Ava) flailed her arms.

"Ugawuhawa?!" I'm the baby?!?! FUCK!

"Oh? Is she hungry already? Higeki-kun, what do you think?"

"Hm... Maybe Aki's uncomfortable Kana-chan."

"Ubauwah!!!" I'm a baby!!!! Why am I a baby?!?! Why do these people have unusual features?! Are magenta colored eyes even possible? HELL, am I even possible??

    Clearly expressing her distress, Ava's newborn baby brain signaled her body to start wailing and crying. The parents of Aki (Ava), Kanashimi (mother) and Higeki (father) were confused to what they did wrong. Quickly, Kana(shimi) cuddled the infant in her arms and tried her best to soothe and calm the newborn down.

"Shush, Aki. Everything is alright! Mommy is here to protect you, mommy is here to care for you, mommy is here to love you!"

"UWAAAAAA" You're not my mother! And why am I crying?! How do I even stop?

"Hush baby, our love. You are the treasure of my heart, you are the most precious thing in our lives... Hush Aki, please don't be upset."

    It could have been the instincts of a baby or the calming sound of Kana's beating heart, but Ava soon felt herself falling asleep against the warm embrace of her new mother.

It's been awhile since someone showed me strong affection and... it's... really... ... nice.

    Ava opened her eyes to see that the room she was in was dark. She assumed night had already fallen and her new parents had gone off to sleep.

Okay. I can still see the world around as clear as day, so I guess I'm really a newborn huh. What did you call this? Uh... Reintegration? No. Immigration? No. Carnation. No dumbass that's a flower... Oh right! Reincarnation! Fuck I didn't know that was real. So the shitty door was a door to a new dimension? From the looks of my parents, I'll assume I'm in another dimension or time frame... They called me... Aki? But wait. Don't you usually lose all memory of your past life when you reincarnate? Shit. Why the hell can I remember?!

    Assessing the current situation, Ava quickly took clues and hints to try and puzzle together why she was in this mess. In the process, she began to feel distressed once again, and upon the growing emotion, her newborn baby began to get ready to cry against her will.

Shit. Being a baby, I can't even control my own emotions! I need the calm the hell down or the couple will come back again!

Deep breaths. Happy thoughts. Puppies. Kitties. Chocolate - mother of god do they have chocolate here? How about candy?

    After a while of sidetracking herself, her physical body began to settle down and so, Ava returned to her previous thoughts.

Okay. So let's get this straight. I, a 25-year-old woman, typical Asian, anime geek, named Ava Lee decided to act heroic and got run over. I died. Woke up into a white space of nothingness, found a door, broke it open and accidentally was sucked into a bright light. Woke up again to find myself a newborn baby to Higeki and Kana? Hn. Fun.

Their names were Higeki and Kana, right? And I'm supposedly renamed as Aki? Is it me or do these names sound a bit Japanese... Oh, Fuck. They were speaking Japanese the whole time, weren't they?! Shit, I didn't notice at all because I could understand it so well. So I guess I'm Japanese?? But according to my common sense and previous knowledge (if it exists), Japan is in Asia. Asian don't have white or denim blue hair. I know. I was Asian... or am? Fuck I don't know!!!

FUUUUUUUUUUCK. This is so confusing! And for some reason, I feel tired again! WHY DO I HAVE TO BECOME A BABY? WHY NOT A CAT? A FLOWER??

    And because Ava felt tired, and because her physical body was too stressed, she fell asleep while mumbling (in her head of course) curses to the divine beings up above who was in charge of reincarnation and the afterlife.

The Next Day

"Ugawah!" FUCK NO I DON'T DO BREASTFEEDING!

"Look Higeki-kun! She's so excited to eat!!"

A/N: LOL. I'm really stressed today so I just started writing...and I finished Yay! I'm considering if I want romance in this story or
not... That I will decide later when Ava or Aki is of age :). Oh, and for those who think she swears too much, don't worry she'll lose the habit during her growth (hopefully). I'm not allowed to swear anywhere so I guess Ava sort of does it for me lol. Anyways I'll try to update as soon as possible!!!
