Third Person (because it's easier)
Jane heard voices just as she thought she couldn't take it any longer. Four men ran in and took Mary's pulse. She tried to make a noise, or move, so they would notice she was here too. But she couldn't. As quickly as they had arrived, they disappeared.
Downstairs, a worried John and a normal Sherlock ran out if the cab. They arrived just in time to see Mary pulled outside on a stretcher. She had blood staining her stomach, and was unconscious. John ran straight over to her. Sherlock however, went straight to one of the officers.
"What happened?" He said
"Well," The officer was clearly intimidated. "The woman rang on her mobile to say someone was trying to kill her, we arrived, and found her like this." He sighed and wiped his forehead "There was another body, fell through the window. Over there." He pointed over to outside the cafe. Sure enough, a body was being taken away on a stretcher.
"Where's the other girl?"
"Other girl?" The officer frowned "Mr Holmes, there was only the one woman."
Sherlock turned and ran into his flat. He banged open the door and saw the blood and overturned furniture.
"Jane?" He said scanning the room for her. Nothing. Jane tried all she could to let him know she was there. Sherlock quickly deduced the scene, and figured where she was. He turned John's chair over and found Jane, curled up, shaking. He took her pulse. He could barely feel it it was so weak. Her breathing was so rapid and short. Sherlock scooped her up and carried her down the stairs.
"You forgot to take your tablet." He stated. Jane's eyes flicked open then closed. Yes.
When he got outside, police officers surrounded him. He shouted curses at them for not finding Jane, and demanded oxygen for her. He kept one hand on her neck, checking her pulse. When she reached the ambulance it stopped completely. Sherlock was suddenly panicked. Soon she was hooked up to oxygen and Sherlock was sent out of the ambulance."No, let me in." He said to the nurse.
"I'm sorry sir we can't." She started to close the doors behind her.
In the ambulance, Jane sat up, painfully. When she saw the doors close on Sherlock she kicked up a fuss. Not because she needed him, but because of the look in his eyes when they closed. The doctor's eventually let him in, and he sat next to her. Jane reached towards his hand, but could barely move it. Fortunately, Sherlock seemed to notice and took her hand in his.
"You found me." Jane rasped through the oxygen mask. Sherlock smiled.
"Of course I did."
"Thank you."
They were silent for a second.
"Is Mary ok?"
"I'm not sure, but I hope so." He sighed "John can't go through that again." She frowned at him, confused. "Long story. Maybe I'll tell you sometime."
The doctor soon came in and told him they'd have to put her under anesthetics for a while. Sherlock nodded, much to Jane's dismay. She fell into sleep, Sherlock holding her still shaking hand.
