She closed her eyes to see all black,
Opening them she still found no colours.

Why always imagine a world full of colours,
When you don't have the slightest idea of it.

She filled everyones life with colours,
Yet her world was left colourless.

So why not imagine a world with everything black, white and grey,
With no discrimination and no one to be pointed as prey.

She saw everyone as the same as her eyes were allowed to see,
Yet with different shades from the crawling ant to the birds that flee.

Imagine the sunrise in black and white,
Nothing too dim, nothing too bright.

Imagine the field of beautiful flowers,
Different shades of grey with different powers.

Imagine the bulb that brings in some light,
Just to reduce the shade of black during the night.

Imagine the world in its black and white beauty,
A little contribution is our duty.

While people even with their ability whined,
She admired the world though color blind.
