"Hameedah get down here or you would be late for school," My mum called from the kitchen,

Quickly, I stuffed my books, purse, phone in my bag, checked the mirror to see if my makeup was OK and headed downstairs for breakfast...
Since I was running late I didn't eat much, I said Salam to my mom grabbed my keys and headed out...
I got to school exactly 7:45 and saw my best friend Fatimah waiting for me
"I'm really sorry, I slept off after Subh and woke up late," I said to her
"No problem then... You won't believe what happened to me yesterday," She said,
" Tell me girl, did u finally meet Harris J or something? " I teased her
She's so into Harris J and it gets annoying sometimes,
M not saying I don't like him, I do but God when Fatimah starts talking about him, you would have no choice but to dislike him....
"I wish, " she sighed, Anyways, do you remember Uqbah? My lab partner??
" Of cos, you are always talking about how much you want to strangle him ", I laughed
"Well he came to my house yesterday with his parents to ask for my hand in marriage, " she giggled
"What???? How??? When did you guys start talking about marriage??? , I was about to force the details out of her mouth when the bell rang...
" See you later Habibty , she smiled and ran to her class....
I ran after her to at least ask her one more question but I couldn't catch up with her...
I just went to the laboratory for chemistry, planning on the way how I would bombard her with questions at Lunch...
I took a deep breath, said Bismillah and entered the laboratory
