Anyway there were 545 chapters and he stopped there?! Bleach had 686 chapters, Naruto had 700, One Piece is still going and has 800-something chapters!
I even made a pros and cons list! Now remember everybody has their own opinions on things.
Pros: no more NaLu, no more of Lucy being all like "Natsu this, Natsu that", no more seeing my Natsu almost die, seeing most of my ships become canon!
(You can tell I don't like Lucy)
Cons: no more GaLe moments, no more shirtless Natsu moments, no more taunting LinkedWolf with Gruvia moments!
Fairy Tail ran for 11 years! 11 YEARS! T.T
