Claude turned around, there was someone trying to peek over the fence, a girl.
She looked around his age.
She had dark, shoulder-length hair and deep blue eyes, the colour of Copper Sulphate crystals. (A/N We recently had to make some Copper Sulphate crystals in Chemistry class and I can say that the colour is beautiful!)
Her skin was slightly tan, and there were freckles dusted on her face.
She quickly caught sight of the ball.
"Sorry about that. I accidentally threw it too far..."
No one outside his family had actually paid much attention to him before. Her actually talking to him was a big surprise and Claude didn't know how to react.
"O-oh! It-it's fine, here."
He quickly picked up the ball and handed it to the stranger.
"So... What's your name? I'm Alisha Becker! I just moved here."
She wants to know who I am?!
"O-oh right! My name's Cl-Claude. Claude von Käfig."
She giggled.
"Well it's nice to meet you Claude! Do you wanna play with me?"
She wants to play with me?
This girl was getting stranger and stranger, first she actually apologises to him, then she asks for his name and now she wants to play with him!?
But...
It was kind of nice to have someone genuinely want to spend time with him... (he could tell that May never really liked spending time with him)
"O-ok?"
She giggled and ran to the front of his house to wait for him.
Should I be doing this?
I mean I am saying yes to doing something that I don't usually do with a complete stranger...
It was worth a shot right?
