Emotion gives away to this
Growing deeper that old, dark pit
Of numb feeling's familiar kiss
Until it no more will they fit
Oh! Do believe me when I say
I just simply cannot remain
Before the feelings fade away
With these impulses to restrain
When I fall please leave me to lay
Until decay fades me away
